You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items purchased from our website.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and manuals, if applicable).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at rufangstreasures@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and a description of the item(s) you're returning.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label or instructions on how to proceed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, and a credit will automatically be applied within 5 days.
- If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement item once we receive and inspect the original.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
